The electrical unit of DCC Estates limited is responsible for the following electrical engineering services in the organization:

These unit is responsible for the general supervision of all building and construction related matters carried out within the organization
Cleaning And Janitorial Services
They ensure that all the external/internal surfaces within the facility, alongside the cleaning of all furniture and fixtures within all the office space, auditoria are kept clean always.
Garden And Horticultural Services
- Landscaping of the facilities
- Planting and mowering of all flowering plants within the facility.
- Application of manure and fertilizers to our plants and crops where necessary.
Events And Space Management
In venue/event management, we ensure that an approved venue for any particular event is cleaned, chairs arranged, the lightings and air condition system is switched on at least an hour to the commencement of each event.
