The unit supervises all building and construction projects, coordinates project management activities for major developments, and ensures that architectural and working drawings, as well as necessary government approvals, are obtained before work begins. The team also prepares in-house cost estimates to evaluate vendor quotations and support effective project delivery.
Vendor Management & HSE Compliance
The unit participates in vendor negotiations and facilitates KYC and prequalification processes for contractors handling civil works and related services. We also ensure that vendors and in-house personnel comply with established Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards while carrying out projects and maintenance activities.
