How many guests can Adela Hall accommodate?
Adela Hall can accommodate up to 1,000 guests theatre-style or approximately 700 guests banquet-style, depending on the event configuration.
How long is a standard booking?
A standard booking provides up to 8 hours of event time.
Can I book additional hours?
Yes. Additional hours are available subject to availability and applicable charges.
Does Adela Hall provide sound and lighting equipment?
Yes. Production equipment is included under the Classic and Premium Packages
Are musical instruments available?
Yes. Musical instruments are included under the Premium Package.
How much deposit is required to secure my booking?
A minimum deposit of 50% of the approved booking amount is required to secure the date.
Is ambulance or medical cover required?
For events with 500 guests and above, medical cover or ambulance support may be required in line with safety requirements.
Is there a refundable caution deposit?
Yes. A refundable caution deposit may be required before setup. It will be refunded after the event once no damage or outstanding issue is confirmed.
Can I inspect Adela Hall before booking?
Yes. Venue inspections can be arranged with the Commercial Events team.
How do I secure my preferred date?
Your date is only secured after availability has been confirmed and the required booking payment has been made in line with the booking policy.
When must the balance be paid?
The outstanding balance must be paid not later than 30 days before the event*.
