DCC Estates’ Civil Engineering unit is responsible for the general supervision of all building and construction related matters carried out by the organization. The unit sets up the project management office where a major construction project is to be carried out within the establishment.

The unit ensures both working drawings and architectural drawings are gotten before the commencement of any major construction projects, and they also ensure that government approvals are secured before kick starting any major projects.
